3) What if I have a busy month and I can’t make it to all the lives or can’t make all the challenges?

It doesn’t matter, it will still be worth it even if you make it to one call and did one challenge because the replays will be up within 24 hours for downloading, the challenges will always be in the chat, and you can always stay plugged into the group chat even if you can't make the lives!


8) What if I’ve taken a break from creating content—will this still help me?

Take what resonates and leave the rest. If group chats aren’t your thing, then just come for the challenges and the juicy workshop transmissions. Either way, you’re still going to receive exactly what you need.

5) What if I really want to do this, but group chats overwhelm me?

Plan for about 2–4 hours per week, but at the end of the day we’re not going to check if you’re doing it or not.

You’ll get short, potent prompts and practices throughout the week, with optional deeper trainings or workshops. You can move at your own pace, but we’ve designed it to be powerful without overwhelming your schedule.
